I've been looking for a used vehicle with a specific set of criteria for nearly a year. I had to expand my search well outside my home state to find what I was looking for, and when I did it was Kyle who worked with me to get a deal we were both happy with. He went above and beyond to help me take possession of the car when the deal was done, and the follow-up has been professional and courteous. From the first contact with Alice to the meticulous detail from Patrick in the finance department, it was a first class encounter.
