I brought my Audi A3 to DCH for an airbag system repair. The scheduler was very cooperative in setting the date. And Amanda in service was excellent to deal with in every way; she answered my questions and The scheduler was very cooperative in setting the date. The design of the new facility made it very easy to drop off and pick up my car. More

I wish there was a zero rating. They don’t deserve a one. My GF and I have been communicating with the dealer for days. We were waiting for a call back from the sales manager as we were working out the fin My GF and I have been communicating with the dealer for days. We were waiting for a call back from the sales manager as we were working out the final details on the purchase of a used Q3. He never called back but we were assured by the sales rep that our appt is on. We had an appt for 2 pm and showed up promptly with a bank check in hand. After waiting for approx 15 min we were told sorry the vehicle has been sold yesterday! We drove down specially to buy this car. They didn’t even apologize! Didn’t offer other cars. Rude and disrespectful. Should have at the very least called us to let us know the car has been sold and not waste our time. This place is a disgrace to the Audi brand. I will filing a complaint with Audi corporate as well as car dealer ratings websites. I hope they get penalized! More

Horrible and shocking experience No star for discrimination! I have never experienced discrimination in my life! They made me feel like an outcast. (Because of online reviews, I No star for discrimination! I have never experienced discrimination in my life! They made me feel like an outcast. (Because of online reviews, I went to them with confidence that they would take care of my vehicle. I went in for an emergency, a week before my (diagnosis) appointment as my car had a big leak. The vehicle was diagnosed about 4 hours until I was given a review on the car and discuss what my warranty will cover. The service advisor Orlando stated that the warranty approved the parts and that the vehicle will be in their possession for 7 days to fix. Then he vaguely said that his dealership will not provide a loaner because they are not the warranty providers (the warranty was purchased from another dealership) he continues on and said: “your warranty will reimburse for a car rental for only $35 a day and there is Enterprise across the street you can go get a rental from there”. As I found this very odd I contacted my warranty company. They stated that the dealership should be able to provide a loaner, given they will receive reimbursement. They also stated that it is odd that they are not providing a loaner and I should speak with the person involved. When Mr. Orlando was questioned, this time he said that I haven’t serviced with them before and that they can not provide a loaner to a first time customer (note: I was told a week before, in order for a customer to receive a loaner the car has to be diagnosed) when I mentioned this to Mr. Orlando, his response was: regardless we don’t have any loaners available and besides our policy is that we can not give a loaner being that it’s your first visit. When asked to see the policy, he stated that he has been working there for 3 years and he never saw it. So, I asked to see the manager. The general manager was very fake and condescending, he kept looping his conversation telling me: “how can we give you a loaner when you haven’t serviced with us, it’s not that simple to give our cars, besides ours are more expensive than yours (2013 Audi A6)” then tells me “why don’t you want to rent a car, the rental company is literally across the street”. Conclusion to this, horrible experience, I took my car and left. Never in my life was I treated in such a deformed, prejudice manner and felt singled out. One question: what’s your reason to treat me in such a way?!) More
