Promp, courteous and excellent at explaining what needs to be done. As it is with all dealers, the cost of service is way too high. I leave my credit cards home because when I drive by a dealer I fear my c to be done. As it is with all dealers, the cost of service is way too high. Been waiting almost 2 weeks for Amber to get back to me on ordering parts for my Saturn Sky Redline. I have called twice asking for a simple callback for a status update if parts were ordered, can’t get pa on ordering parts for my Saturn Sky Redline. I have called twice asking for a simple callback for a status update if parts were ordered, can’t get parts or what. No callback. I will have to call for a 3rd time. This is not like Otto at all.
