I recently took my vehicle in for repair and my service advisor was Ana Beltran. Ana could not have any more helpful than she was. Ana was also a pleasure to deal with. and was very knowledgeable. I've been dissatisfied with the service here before but this time the communication was terrible. I dropped my car off for a tire issue and an oil change. I was told someone would call to tell me what was this time the communication was terrible. I dropped my car off for a tire issue and an oil change. I was told someone would call to tell me what was going on. No one did. The text with the service website link led to a page with no information, as always. Then I got a text that my car was ready. No one had told me what was wrong with the tire, what was completed, or how it would be covered. This was on a tire I bought there less than a month ago and I have the road hazard package. I called the representative and the explanation was very confusing. I left a service manager a message and he never called back. The rep who was there when I got the car explained it better, but failed to notice that the change was not performed. Then (and only then) did she surmise that I didn't need one until another 5,000 miles, though my last was 5,000 ago and this was different than the sticker on my window, which I got there. Very confusing. More

It was a good service experience. One thing though, no one ever takes the time to review the work order. I do not get shop supplies, add on expense for no reason or explanation.
