Great dealership. Second car purchased from them. Andrew, the salesman was really nice, treated me with respect, no hard sales style. The only issue I had was that car was supposed to come with full tank of gas and after I left, I realized the gas tank was almost empty. Andrew told me he will reimburse me for the first tank of gas. More

GREAT experience. Just completed my 5th Subaru lease over the past 10 years. I want my family in the safest cars on the road! The sales team are knowledgable and efficient. I will never buy a car from this particular Subaru Dealership after my experience with them. I love Subaru's, and have had really good experiences at a variety of Subaru dealerships throughout the yea Dealership after my experience with them. I love Subaru's, and have had really good experiences at a variety of Subaru dealerships throughout the years. This is the first time I have ever felt cheated by a Subaru dealership. I am a longtime Subaru owner...I was on my 4th (a forester) looking to trade the Forester for an Outback (it can tow more). I found one at John F Kennedy, a 2018 that I really liked and one at Glanzmann, a 2017. The one at Glanzmann was a year older, but had less mileage and was $3K cheaper (didn't have eyesight like the JFK 2018)... At JFK they wrote up an estimate that included a 1.99% APR and said it was a Subaru promotion for the month. When they wrote up an estimate at Glanzmann, they didn't include that. When I asked about it, they said I would get that rate only if my credit score qualified. Knowing my credit score is over 850, I knew that wasn't a problem! After hemming and hawing about which vehicle to get (eyesight is a big draw), I decided to go with the 2017 at Glanzmann (to save some money...due to Coronavirus, no ones financial future is certain). I called and reassured that they would give me the 1.99% over 72 months if my credit score was in the excellent range (They even said so in email...which I still have). So I let them know that I was going forward with it, they took a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle until air filled out paperwork. I filled out the paperwork and waited and waited and waited. On the last day of the promotion (1.99% from Subaru) I called and asked what was going on (what was taking so long). The guy I was working with (Andrew Casey) said he was waiting on the bank and that he would get back to me in a half hour or so....2 hours later I hadn't heard from him, so I called... no answer...so I emailed, and waited...after another hour or so went by, I emailed another person that I had corresponded with at Glanzmann and also called him again (no answer)...when he finally called back he said he wouldn't or couldn't honor the 1.99% and that he could only offer 4.99...I asked what my credit score was and he said it came to 857...me: "So, why aren't I getting the 1.99% that is a Subaru promotion?" (not a dealer promotion)...Andrew Casey: "it's only for new cars" me: "but the car at JFK Subaru is used...and I was told and written in email that I would get that rate if I qualified"...he kept giving me the roundabout saying there must have been confusion (how is there confusion when I have only ever looked at one car?...I got really frustrated after spending 7 hours trying to get a car (just in this last step) and asked for my $500 back)...he seemed really happy when I asked and refunded it within 10 minutes. I called John F Kennedy Subaru at 2 pm...again last day of the Subaru 1.99% promo (and I still needed a tow vehicle), filled out my paperwork (at the end of the day)...he called me right back, and after a few quick exchanges I had a new car by 4:45 pm that night with a 1.99 interest rate...in less than 3 hours! it's SO nice when a dealer does what he says he will. As far as the car at Glanzmann, the car went back on their website after they closed that night, and was somehow sold and off the website by 9:30 am the next morning...they likely had another buyer lined up...SO SHADY!!! At the same time, I am really glad I gave my business to good people (John F Kennedy Subaru), and I think overall I got the better car!!! (Eyesight) More

We presented a complicated situation because we just moved to the area from London, United Kingdom. Andrew went above and beyond in helping us navigate the complexities (social security office, PennDot, insurance options, etc.) and then a few days later made time during an extraordinarily busy evening to make sure we could pick up our car on short notice. He and his colleague Jake also gave us a fantastic tour of the details of the new car. More

Sales and and finance guy were great but service. My salesman Andrew and the finance guy were great. Good price for my trade in, good experience. Service rep was rude arrogant and uncommunicative. Nor was I happy the option given to me was to grind down the brakes rather than replace them ( they are under wareanty). Waiting room cleared out, 2 hours after I had been told one hour, went to ask why they were calling other customers who had left cars ( they were) and I was still there. More

Six month oil change per warantee. Cannot believe the amount of areas checked as part of the service. Very pleased with the coverage.
