Upon the completion of the test drive Andrew was not pushy by any means but instead extremely helpful in considering my options of purchasing the car. We had arrived later than we had hoped that evening but Andrew stayed past the 8pm closing time to help finalize the specifics. I left confident that night knowing that I was getting the best deal possible. We returned two days later and were helped out by George, the business manager, to complete the sale and again were treated with the utmost respect. He did not try and up sell anything that wasn't what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Glanzmann to anyone looking for a great deal on a Subaru and a professional and courteous. More

Due to keeping up with maintenance with Glanzmann's service department, I got 15 years and 218,000 I previously owned a 2004 Forester from Glanzmann. They were so accommodating, willing to negotiate (no game playing) and had a car with exact options I wanted. Some other dealerships did not know when they could get me a car w/ what I wanted. Very professional and nice team of people. Only negative - gentleman who we HAD to meet w/ regarding extra options/warranties kept us in his office for a very long time even after we made it clear that we did not want to buy any of the extras (either because we felt we did not need) or the 1 -2 we thought about did not seem worth it. It was not a great way to the leasing process but we know he was doing his job. Very nice dealership. Very busy; try to make an appointment or you may have to wait a very long time. Keith, Andrew, and Erick , thank you. I love my new forester. More

This time, I actually put together a wish list for Andrew . He met everything on my list. Most importantly, I never felt I was getting anything less than the bottom line from Andrew. Of course, Andrew is supported by a sales manager staff and the offered price has always been favorable when compared to the various on line car web sites. I had bought from other dealerships before I came to Glanzmann. These prior experiences were typically unpleasant with lots of haggling. For all four of my Glanzmann purchases, I walked away happy with the car and happy (not wrung out) with the purchase experience. More
