Thanks to Renee and Angel I had no idea or plan to replace my 2019 HRV with a newer 2019 step above HRV but that is how comfortable Renee was to work with. She is very knowle I had no idea or plan to replace my 2019 HRV with a newer 2019 step above HRV but that is how comfortable Renee was to work with. She is very knowledge about the car and especially the tech side and phone connectivity. I left far more informed and at ease with this purchase this time even though my payment went up. This HRV is much more cushy than the first one and I can really be hands free. I was dreading the finance office as a result of my first experience and that was wasted energy. Angel was a nice blend of engaging, light hearted, competent and focused on getting me home asap. Thank you to both. More

Bell Honda My son and I have been searching for a car for him for quite some time. We recently saw that Bell Honda had exactly what we were looking for. We arrived and were greeted by Christian Dominguez, he was a very nice salesmen. He was not pushy by any means, we showed him what car we were looking for. He went to go pull it up for us, as he went to pull it up for us, we were greeted by his manager Connor, most of the dealerships that we went to I could tell they were not listening to our needs or wants, Connor made sure he understood all of our wants and needs and he was listening to what we wanted. Christian then showed us the car as we arrived back he showed us the numbers there was no surprises. We then got to Ring the Bell! We went to the finance office and were greeted by Angel. Angel was able to really help us understand our coverage offers! This was a awesome experience, I have already referred 3 family members to bell Honda More

Above and beyond First off I wanna thank Earl Tim Adrian the manager and angel the finance manager as you know most dealership will tell you anything to get you there First off I wanna thank Earl Tim Adrian the manager and angel the finance manager as you know most dealership will tell you anything to get you there I told them I live in Chandler and don't wanna drive unless your 100% you can approve me being that I filed bankruptcy and was 7 months discharged that's being said not only were they able to give a great deal and a gas card for the drive they gave me a great buying experience thanks again Bell Honda is veteran friendly and encourage all my fellow veterans and active military to buy here Bell Honda you have a costumer for life!!!!! He immediately offered us water or coffee and asked, which was the first time on our long day of shopping. He was very knowledge with the vehicle and helping my husband and I find the right one for us. We also met his manager Conor he was very friendly and helpful as well. This was the best buying experience we every had in our 25 years of car buying, we will only buy from Bell Honda! More

Rather manipulative I went to Bell Honda potentially looking for a lease after my previous car broke down(repair would have cost more than the car's value). They first sh I went to Bell Honda potentially looking for a lease after my previous car broke down(repair would have cost more than the car's value). They first showed me a Fit, which pleased me, but then said it couldn't be leased, but they could lease a Civic. So I accepted the Civic for a 39mo lease, $1000 down, $353/mo. I only realized some months later that if I made the same payments on the Fit, I would have owned it by the end of the lease term. My mistake, but the salesmen were not exactly transparent about it. A couple years later I decided to buy the car out of the lease; no problems, until I met the finance guy. He suggested both gap insurance and a vehicle maintenance plan. A bit intimidated by the price, I asked if the gap insurance was the more expensive option. He told me yes. After I got home and looked over the paperwork thoroughly, I realized that the gap insurance only added a couple dollars per month, while the unnecessary maintenance plan added almost $100 per month. Though it was my fault for not reading the paperwork thoroughly before I signed, the finance guy did blatantly lie to my face. I also overheard conflicting stories from different salesmen. They must all be told to say the same thing. Rather dishonest. More

Disrespectful, disgusting human beings If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk me into paying a longer loan, not giving me anything for my trade in, hidden fees, I finally was so angry I told the last person either give me my keys and I’m leaving or I’ll sit here in cry out of frustration. So finally he said why yes, we can agree to the terms you originally said you could do. Then, I signed everything after exhaustion and fear I would have to go through this experience again somewhere else and the car I “purchased” was not ready for sale! They set me up with a rental at Enterprise, which were the only professional people I dealt with, and said they would call me the next day when the car was ready. They did not call me the next day, or the day after, I called them and they did not have any information on when the car would be ready and would call me back in the hour. They called me back 2 hours later and said the car would be ready the following day and would call me. 3pm the following day, no call was received so I called and asked for an update and they did not have an update and did not seem like I was a priority at all, Rodrigo said he would call me back with an update. I decided since I never received the car it was in my best interest to just cancel the sale and go elsewhere. I spoke with a manager while I was there returning the rental and he was aware I had a longer than normal sales experience and could not answe as to why I was an “exception “ to this experience in wait time and not having received any sort of communication from anyone on their team. He said he could no longer listen to my complaints because nothing was going to make me happy. Maybe if they called me once over the 3 days to update me or tried to make the sale right in the beginning I would have been a happy customer. No thanks, Angel, Shane, Rodrigo, Brandon and any of you who stood by and allowed me to be treated with such disrespect. More

Disappointed Bell Honda reach out to me. To go see check out there dealership. They that would give me a gas card for there time. We know that our time there is ab Bell Honda reach out to me. Well never received a gas card and lost 3 hours of my time. They asked me to meet them half way. Well I did! I came up with a bigger down payment. We ask if we can write 2 checks. One check will be post dated for 3 days. Just to make sure the money was in the bank. Finance guy ran both checks at the same time. We spoke with 3 different sales men and managers. The disappointment of all this.... I met them halfway. They didn’t meet me halfway. As my husband and I are upset. They walk away as if Oh well! Sad very SAD!! More

They held my keys hostage for 4 hours to see what to give me on my trade in while they pressured me the whole time. Gave me a gas card to compensate for the horrible experience which of course did not work at the pump. A word to those who have been burned. File a free claim online with the Better Business Bureau. You will get results. More
