Disrespectful, disgusting human beings If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk If I could give 0 stars that’s what it should be, where do I start? I was held hostage for 4 hours there while 5 different sales people tried to talk me into paying a longer loan, not giving me anything for my trade in, hidden fees, I finally was so angry I told the last person either give me my keys and I’m leaving or I’ll sit here in cry out of frustration. So finally he said why yes, we can agree to the terms you originally said you could do. Then, I signed everything after exhaustion and fear I would have to go through this experience again somewhere else and the car I “purchased” was not ready for sale! They set me up with a rental at Enterprise, which were the only professional people I dealt with, and said they would call me the next day when the car was ready. They did not call me the next day, or the day after, I called them and they did not have any information on when the car would be ready and would call me back in the hour. They called me back 2 hours later and said the car would be ready the following day and would call me. 3pm the following day, no call was received so I called and asked for an update and they did not have an update and did not seem like I was a priority at all, Rodrigo said he would call me back with an update. I decided since I never received the car it was in my best interest to just cancel the sale and go elsewhere. I spoke with a manager while I was there returning the rental and he was aware I had a longer than normal sales experience and could not answe as to why I was an “exception “ to this experience in wait time and not having received any sort of communication from anyone on their team. He said he could no longer listen to my complaints because nothing was going to make me happy. Maybe if they called me once over the 3 days to update me or tried to make the sale right in the beginning I would have been a happy customer. No thanks, Angel, Shane, Rodrigo, Brandon and any of you who stood by and allowed me to be treated with such disrespect. More

Disappointed Bell Honda reach out to me. To go see check out there dealership. They that would give me a gas card for there time. We know that our time there is ab Bell Honda reach out to me. To go see check out there dealership. They that would give me a gas card for there time. We know that our time there is about a good 2-3hours. Well never received a gas card and lost 3 hours of my time. They asked me to meet them half way. Well I did! I came up with a bigger down payment. We ask if we can write 2 checks. One check will be post dated for 3 days. Just to make sure the money was in the bank. Finance guy ran both checks at the same time. We spoke with 3 different sales men and managers. The disappointment of all this.... I met them halfway. They didn’t meet me halfway. As my husband and I are upset. They walk away as if Oh well! Sad very SAD!! More

They held my keys hostage for 4 hours to see what to give me on my trade in while they pressured me the whole time. Gave me a gas card to compensate for the horrible experience which of course did not work at the pump. A word to those who have been burned. File a free claim online with the Better Business Bureau. You will get results. More

Maya the sales girl is a liar DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This place is a total RIP OFF!! MAYA the sales girl is a CRAZY LIAR!! First off, my hubby and I were looking for a truck under 15 DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This place is a total RIP OFF!! MAYA the sales girl is a CRAZY LIAR!! First off, my hubby and I were looking for a truck under 15k Maya said she had found 2 and she would sell one of the 2 for 15k. LIE! We get there (an hour away from home) and end up finding out both trucks are over 20k (AFTER THE TEST DRIVE, of course!). What the heck! I had specifically told her not to waste my time before heading out there, and she does exactly what I told her not to do. Plus she told my hubby on the test drive that she needed to find someone to help her cross her mom across the border illegally. So she asked my hubby for help. WHO THE xxxx TELLS A STRANGER THAT CRAP!!! ANYWAYS, after basically telling her off for lying to my hubby and I, we decided to leave, but the sales consultant Angel Delagado was nice enough to fill up my gas tank and he also helped us get the truck we wanted for around 18k instead of the 22k it was going for. Angel helped us a ton! We really liked him so its a bummer I have to include him in a 1star review but he was VERY AMAZING! NOT LIKE MAYA THE TWO FACE LIAR! Anyways, we end up buying the truck and next day we see that the roof is all rusted and chipped. We took the truck back and they will be repainting it. But, we wanted to return it since theres a 3day return policy with Honda, and they mest not once, but twice. Brandon or however you spell his name kept ignoring the request to return the truck.Please do yourself a favor and DONT COME HERE EVER! YOU WILL REGRET IT! More

3-peat A third, effortless sale with Bell Honda! I was definitely not ready to say goodbye to my Civic, but the insurance company had a different agenda! I s A third, effortless sale with Bell Honda! I was definitely not ready to say goodbye to my Civic, but the insurance company had a different agenda! I stopped by Honda on Monday, June 19th to double check that my lease carried GAP. While there I ran into Angel Delgado, who sold my Civic to me. I explained to him what happened and he was extrememly empathetic. I also mentioned to him that I was interested in a new crossover that Toyota JUST came out with because I thought it looked “cool”. Angel then asked me if I ever checked out the Honda HRV. I had no idea what it was all about, but at the time I still had no idea what vehicle I was going to get or when that would even be possible. I got into the LX version and drove around with Donte who was very professional and kind. He did a fabulous job of giving me the low down on the vehicle. I absolutely loved driving it as it made me feel more confident as a driver……………………………..A week and a half and several texts and phone calls later, I went back into Honda and told Angel that I was ready to get the HRV. He was patient with me and my indecisveness and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what I wanted to do. I eventually decided on my own that I no longer wanted the LX and that I instead wanted to go with the HRV EX and even get an entirely new color than what I initially thought out. Again, Angel was extremely patient and did not pressure me at all. He then took the time to explain all of the additional features that the EX had compared to the LX. Ramses was my finance guy and he was also nothing short of awesome. Angel then even went the extra mile to hand-wash my dirty license plate! Very impressed with this entire process and the team at Bell Honda! More
