Vester Toyota does it again. I needed a NC state inspection and did not want to take it to an oil change station. So, I took my Corolla where I bought it and they did a fantastic I needed a NC state inspection and did not want to take it to an oil change station. So, I took my Corolla where I bought it and they did a fantastic job and had it finished in very short order as well. The Service folks have always been friendly and helpful and this visit was no different. I really appreciate the time and effort of everyone involved. And much to my utter dismay, there was no charge for the inspection. Surprised for sure! As always, Thanks so much!! More

I purchased my car from here December 2017. I went to have Android Audio installed. When I picked up my car no one showed me how to connect or anything. Come to find out system was only updated I went to have Android Audio installed. When I picked up my car no one showed me how to connect or anything. Come to find out system was only updated but not for Android Audio. It doesn't exist bc my car was the first 18 Camry model that only had ApplePlay. A salesperson had to let me know that after I tried to connect for 20 minutes while the service people watched. Thanks Angel for trying u didn't know and thanks to sales guy, tall older white male who is very knowledgeable. More

As usual the experience was great. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, Angel is always on top of things, and the techs are just super. I really like that they suggest things you might Staff are very helpful and pleasant, Angel is always on top of things, and the techs are just super. I really like that they suggest things you might want to service, but they also might tell you that it can wait until the next service date. I know many places would just tell you that you need such and such and that would be it. And they always keep you posted on how things are progressing. My only negative is that they no longer include the tech's name on the invoice. I like to send a thank you note to them, but now I don't know who to thank back there!Thanks so much! More
