Everything was fine with my visit. I did call a week or so ahead of time to get pricing on an alignment. The person said they weren't able to give me a price, but someone would call me I did call a week or so ahead of time to get pricing on an alignment. I wanted an oil change. I would’ve had to pay $100. since I didn’t have 10,000 miles since the last one. Carmax said I was overdue for one. Instead they rotated the tires and topped off fluids.I was promised free lifetime oil changes when I bought the vehicle less than a year ago at Daytona Toyota. I also had a horrible experience in October . The service advisor lied and said the rattling in rear was only my license plate frame( which it wasn’t ) then tried to charge almost $200. for taking it off.. I do not trust this dealership. If they are doing this to someone with a new car that was purchased there, what are they doing to other customers? More

I am disappointed that they allow solicitors in waiting room. I was approached by someone claiming that my windshield had a crack and he could have it repaired from my home for free. Something did not feel room. I was approached by someone claiming that my windshield had a crack and he could have it repaired from my home for free. Something did not feel right, so I declined. When my vehicle was ready, I inspected it and there was no crack. The person lied. He looked like he worked for Toyota but did not have anything with the Toyota name or logo. I felt deceived. More
