A pleasant experience! I worked with Angelo for my new BMW X3 and he was attentive to my needs and didn't try to oversell beyond what I was looking for. He knew when to reac I worked with Angelo for my new BMW X3 and he was attentive to my needs and didn't try to oversell beyond what I was looking for. He knew when to reach out to the manager and didn't waste my time by stalling and he was willing to work with me to make the deal work. I had received an offer a month ago and it was lower than what Angelo was originally quoting but he worked with Jason, who was the sales manager, to honor the original quote and also pushed through to make sure I can get the best value for my trade-in-car, X1. When I got to the finance team to sign the papers, I expected additional sales of the various programs that BMW offers (tire wheel program, protection programs, etc.) but Landon, finance associate, went through the information and recommended only if I needed it. My previous experience with a different BMW dealership was that the finance guy made up every possible scenario to sell these protection products but Landon simply ran through the information so I can make informed judgment. I will certainly return back to Tenafly BMW for my next BMW and recommend this dealership for their outstanding customer service. More

My lease is nearing its end, and with the help of my sales adviser (Angelo Guerriero) I decided to buy out the car. I have loved driving my '14 535 xi M-Sport, and I find no reason to buy/lease a brand new one since this one is in such great condition. BMW of Tenafly made the buyout process go seamlessly. They inspected the car (as part of the CPO inspection), and performed some extra services for me to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I now own my vehicle, and have an extra 2 years added onto the warranty. The process is always smooth at this dealership; there are never any surprises (which I have had at other BMW dealerships). BMW of Tenafly has a customer for life, whether through service or new purchases/leases in the future. Thanks again. More

I have spent many hours across the desk from my man Angelo, all of which have been a pleasure. This was my first time leasing a car and the process was extremely streamlined and easy, not to mention I got a great deal! When it was time to pick up my car, Angelo spent a solid hour walking me through all of the car's features making sure that I would drive away confidant! I was treated very well by all BMW employees, including Kimberly Cain, who could not have been for helpful, honest, & efficient with regard to the financing. Needless to say, I had a GREAT experience at BMW of Tenafly, and I am very happy to recommend this dealership to my friends. More

Getting a new car is always a difficult undertaking. For us it is especially daunting since we have to get two cars at the same time. This my second time working with Angelo and the experience was seamless us it is especially daunting since we have to get two cars at the same time. This my second time working with Angelo and the experience was seamless. I only had to make one visit to finalize a deal on two five series. I typically shop around to make sure that we are getting the best possible price, and Angelo unlike every other dealer that I have worked with cut through the nonsense and helped me work out the numbers that fit my budget. I would strongly recommend Angelo for his integrity and professionalism. More

This is my second BMW lease with difeo. My previous salesperson, Bruce, was no longer at the dealership so I worked with Angelo. Angelo is great to work with. He's not pushy, he is patient, and he is t salesperson, Bruce, was no longer at the dealership so I worked with Angelo. Angelo is great to work with. He's not pushy, he is patient, and he is thorough in his search for the right car. His follow up is excellent. He returns phone calls and he has answers. I took my time deciding on the right car at the right price. Angelo walked the lot with me a couple times, had cars brought up from off site lots, and I felt he would do anything I asked to help me decide which car to lease. By the end of the day Saturday I selected the car I wanted and Angelo got me within $5/month of the deal I wanted. Is it a great deal? Don't know, but it feels great to me and ileft the dealership happy. With Angelo's help I was able to turn in my previous lease and walk out with a new one in a couple of hours. All said, I am happy with Difeo and happy to work with Angelo. As long as I am leasing BMWs, I will shop at Difeo. More
