My experience was great from my first call, I spoke to Ann and she was great, Barry Katz was my sales person, he was straight forward and we were able to come to a deal pretty quickly, the cars here are priced to move, he made it a great experience by going over any concerns I had and then explained all the accessories, bells and whistles in the rdx. Hamad Matari is the business manager and really worked with me to get the right financing and was professional and extremely personable. Nitin Bassi from management runs a terrific staff and dealership. I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase, buying a car can be very stressful, the staff at DCH Montclair Acura make sure you feel comfortable with the well appointed showroom and friendly faces. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is on the fence, choose DCHMontclair Acura for new or used high quality vehicles with friendly staff and great service! More

Amazing leasing experience I initially started discussions with Lora Moore about 2 months ago but couldn't finalize a deal since I had about 3 more payments on an existing compe I initially started discussions with Lora Moore about 2 months ago but couldn't finalize a deal since I had about 3 more payments on an existing competitor's lease. I decided to finish the lease out and restart discussions later. 2 months past and Lora was able to restart discussions with me and we were able to work out a great lease deal on a 2018 MDX. Throughout the whole process, Lora answered all my questions and was able to put me at ease concerning what it would be like to be an Acura customer (I have owned/leased Mercedes, BMW, Audi in the past). Even when Lora was busy or out of the office, Ann was able to step in and help out to make sure I was making steady progress. When it came time to financing, Hamad was great and we spent some time chatting about good airlines to fly for international travel. All in all, DCH Acura was a great experience and the whole team came together nicely for me to complete the lease agreement. I expect a similar experience a couple months from now for my first service! I am recommending this dealership to all my family and friends!!! More

My faith is restored in the lost art of delership ethics! I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Subaru Impreza from the folks at DCH Montclair Acura. What brought me to this dealership initially was a I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Subaru Impreza from the folks at DCH Montclair Acura. What brought me to this dealership initially was a delightful young woman named Ann Morongell. Ann fielded calls from customers and also handled the front desk of the dealership. She was very pleasant and as beautiful as she was efficient. I decided to drive 90 minutes to see the car and meet Ann... I wasn't disappointed with either. I was then introduced to my rep Kirsy Smith. Like Ann, she was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant and was able to assist me with a test drive in the Impreza. After negotiating a very good price on the car and a reasonable amount for my trade in, I met with Hamad the finance manager. He worked out a great deal on my financing and offered me a significantly discounted extended warranty program. When I took the car home, I noticed some damage to the front grill that I had not seen when I inspected the car......I returned to the dealership and met with Joe Fardella, the pre-owned sales manager. Despite not having a contractual obligation to repair cosmetic damage on a used car, Joe was more concerned about the DCH reputation and doing the right thing for the customer, than spending a few dollars. He agreed to repair the damage at no cost to me. Needless to say, I was blown away with my experience at DCH Acura. These folks are a different breed of car dealers and if you have been burned in the past by others, come meet these folks......Truly an enjoyable experience. My sincere thanks again to Ann, Kirsy, Hamad and Joe. Keep up the great work! More
