Somewhat disappointed. As of right now the air bag light is not coming on. As far as the service is concerned , I am sure he is a good mechanic but when I received the car As of right now the air bag light is not coming on. As far as the service is concerned , I am sure he is a good mechanic but when I received the car back it was never washed as promised, The driver seat had oil on it,. so I had to go back in & get someone to clean it off.. As i was leaving the dealership lot I checked to make sure that the oil indicator was reset to 100 % & it was not, so I had to return again to have it reset. If I didn't check it there I would had to have come back at another time. I am not blaming the mechanic but some one gouged my front RIM pretty bad on the passenger side and I am not real happy about it now. At this point I am almost afraid to bring it back again. More

Interior Fan Knob upside-down Brought in my vehicle with an issue from a previous dealership. Explained the situation to Anthony that I did not like dealing with that dealership as Brought in my vehicle with an issue from a previous dealership. Explained the situation to Anthony that I did not like dealing with that dealership as I trusted Villa Park Castle more. Explained that the best he can do is spend an hour with his tech to see if the issue can be fixed. When he came 45 minutes later saying the problem was fixed and to have a nice day was awesome. More

Terrible customer relations I purchased a car 1.5 years ago from Castle. One of the reasons was the free “castle difference” service option. When I went in now, I was told this w I purchased a car 1.5 years ago from Castle. One of the reasons was the free “castle difference” service option. When I went in now, I was told this was stopped and service was no longer free of charge. The cashier said she thought they sent out an email about this, but I received nothing in regards to this. I will not return, nor recommend. More
