Very difficult to get a return phone call I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the I bought my car from Castle with a cracked windshield, which they agreed to replace as part of the sale. I scheduled the service and they replaced the windshield. Unfortunately, the windshield was defective and needed to be replaced again. This is where the service issues began. I called and left a message with the service person that helped me. After a week of never receiving a return call, I called again and asked for the service manager. Again I had to leave a voicemail, and again, I waited a week for a return call, which never came. I finally got someone to respond after the third call and got the windshield replaced a second time. The second windshield is not defective. More

Oil Change Scam Was offered free oil changes for the "life" of my truck. Called to make an appointment and was informed I can't receive it free anymore. Had my Silv Was offered free oil changes for the "life" of my truck. Called to make an appointment and was informed I can't receive it free anymore. Had my Silverado for just over a year. While I was truck shopping I was between 2 silverados at different locations, because of the free oil change i bought from Castle Chevy. This was obviously a scam to get me to buy from there, shame on Castle Chevy. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY OR SERVICE!! More

THIS DEALER DOES NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS Was promised free oil changes for the life of my car at signing, they stated that regardless of mileage or maintenance I would be able to get these oi Was promised free oil changes for the life of my car at signing, they stated that regardless of mileage or maintenance I would be able to get these oil changes for free. When I arrived today, the person I dealt with in the service department stated that because I did not get the maintenance check on my car the last time it was in for an oil change that I will now have to pay for the oil changes. It was very clearly stated when I purchased my vehicle that I must perform the required vehicle maintenance in order to receive free TIRES for the life of my car and the oil changes were free regardless. I am extremely disappointed with the attitude and treatment I received by the service department. I know countless numbers of people who do not maintain their vehicle per the recommendations of the service department and they still receive free oil changes so why is it different for me? I will no longer be recommending this dealership to people because of their inability to keep their promises to their customers. More
