We had been looking for a suv for about 2 months & had visited many new car stores in the Treasure Valley. We found it odd no salesman ever followed up with us..... this day we came to get my husband’s oi visited many new car stores in the Treasure Valley. We found it odd no salesman ever followed up with us..... this day we came to get my husband’s oil changed in his f150 and looked at new Escapes that’s when Anthony first spoke with us, we drove a hybrid and gas escape then went to the BMW store, Honda & Volvo stores then home to think. Anthony maintained contact with us throughout the day which definitely helped us to chose the Ford Escape, he represented what we hope is a good solid relationship with Ford & Lithia Ford in the future for service etc. to my surprise we also received a thank you card & a week later a follow up email! We will happily keep our business with him and refer friends / family to Lithia Ford especially Anthony for any sales leads! Also the finance guy was stellar! Thank you Hiedi Snapp More
