I bought a 2020 Honda Civic sport hatchback. About 1 month after buying, it started making a slight noise when stepping on brakes at around 10mph. I told them I would take them in the car to let them know when the sound is happening, but they said no. (I understand that because of Covid)I took it in 2 different times for them to tell me The first time it was a keychain and the second time that the inspection was done and nothing was found. I have been driving cars for many years. I wish someone would just tell me what the sound is. Also I thought oil change was free. More

Be aware with Paragon Honda Service, they don’t really cared about their work. I went to this place to install Alarm bugler and they install remote key instead Alarm bugler. I spend whole day waiting for cared about their work. I went to this place to install Alarm bugler and they install remote key instead Alarm bugler. I spend whole day waiting for their mistake and I don’t really want and I will never use it. I don’t think they will install the Alarm I paid for and they did not mention it. This dealership is not responsive, very hard get feed back from them. More

I purchased a certified vehicle at Paragon in February with less than 30,000 miles on it. It's a complete lemon. The car had problems from the night we drove it off the lot which have only gotten worse si with less than 30,000 miles on it. It's a complete lemon. The car had problems from the night we drove it off the lot which have only gotten worse since then. The tire was punctured and the tire pressure light was on when we drove the car off the lot. When we raised the issue, we were told "it's just because it's cold and the car sat for a week or so." We've sent it back for service FIVE times since we bought it for issues that were present when they supposedly inspected and sold the car. The A/C was completely broken. The bumper and front of the car were so loose I could pop it back in with my knee and were missing two sets of clips to hold it into place. It was missing an engine cover. We were told "all Civics have this AC issue" and that they couldn't tell us when the parts would be available. The service is so disorganized. They have picked up the car, held it for 6 hours, and returned it without performing any repairs because "oh sorry the parts are not in yet." They pick up the car, and only fix one item on the list we've confirmed with them 3x and return it broken. They return the car covered in mysterious paint splatters and tried to charge us for parts that were missing the car was sold (that their "certified" inspection apparently didn't pick up). Don't even try to reach anyone in the service department - they route you around in circles and put you on hold for 30 minutes at a time. Don't buy a Honda and stay far, far away from this place. Crooks. More

Horrible Service Took my brand new 2019 Honda Pilot which I used their pick up service. When I called they told me I cant bring the car in myself for nearly a month bu Took my brand new 2019 Honda Pilot which I used their pick up service. When I called they told me I cant bring the car in myself for nearly a month but I they can pick it up next morning which makes no sense. I set up pick up. Car had 4,000 miles and the service advisor called me that the car needs wheel alignment and was running up my bill. I told him the car is brand new how is that possible. He kept telling me he can take off $50, then $100 and his prices were not making sense. Also when you try to call them you will never get any one to pick up the phone. When I arrived I spoke with my sales person who also made excuses and said i got free wheel alignment. Than when I went to pay they told me they didn't do the wheel alignment cause I didn't want it. This place is a nightmare even if you have a new car. Also when I paid they left my car in the middle of the street with keys in it. No one was even watching the car or even checked if its even my car. Any one could of just drove off with it. Buying Honda was a ok experience, but good luck getting good service. I went to 3 different service centers and they all want to overcharge you. Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota. No nonsense. More

Rachel Carhuayo and her team of Delivery Managers, they make your new purchase an easy transition. I said I would mention Gary Lin in Finance, Thanx Gary for the assistance and Laughs. There is no one person that assists you they all assist in every aspect from looking, deciding which one and what accessories and how they work and how long any maintenance takes. I feel very fortunate that I can trust all with my and my family's needs ALWAYS!! Its a great Car from the greatest Dealership, I wouldn't or couldn't go anywhere else.
