More than I expected! I recently went into Gunn to look at used cars, not thinking I would be able to get something new. Disappointing I love Honda. Could've have gone somewhere else. Was not asked or told how to use features in my new car or was not told what features my 2016 accord I love Honda. Went to turn in papers and receptionist was on her cell before she noticed me and still didn't ask if I need so something. There was a board with about 6 questions and my answer was no to all. I asked her what then. She said I don't know, maybe you should talk to the manager. My only good experience was with Mr. DECENA from the business office and Denise from service dept. She was courteous, helpful and took care of me right away. More
