First time I went there they said my broken rear windshield wiper wasnt covered under warranty, went somewhere else and it was covered. Next time they tried charging me for an oil change when I spec windshield wiper wasnt covered under warranty, went somewhere else and it was covered. Next time they tried charging me for an oil change when I specifically told them not to do anything unless I approved. Then ij the matter of a couple a couple weeks the diag fee more than doubled in price and when I asked another customer service employee, they said the diag was like $100 less than what the first person said. They tried to sell me a service I did not need they tried to tell me that my truck's front end needed to be repaired when in fact there was nothing wrong with the front end. The service that they did replaci to tell me that my truck's front end needed to be repaired when in fact there was nothing wrong with the front end. The service that they did replacing the manifold gaskets was not done that well they told me that they used all new bolts and charge me $8.50 for them each when in fact I found four bolts that were reused. After I left the dealership I took the truck to an industrial truck shop to have the front end inspected I was the technician that the truck was in very good shape and the parts did not need to be replaced at this time. The service writer tried to sell me a bill of goods. We will not be returning to this dealership for any repairs or service and we have been coming there for a number of years thank you More

When I showed up for my appointment I was informed that weren’t accepting appointments because their system was down. There was no apology given, instead I was told I could call later and maybe they would weren’t accepting appointments because their system was down. There was no apology given, instead I was told I could call later and maybe they would be able to get me in that day otherwise I would have to reschedule. Maybe if your system goes down, when it comes back up you call the people that were inconvenienced and let them know if they can come back that day if there is room. When I stopped by later that afternoon all the employees were standing around doing nothing, the system was back up, and they had no cars to work on. I guess calling to ask if I was available to come back was beyond the customer service they would want to offer. Responded to an email from Cindy the service manager and I asked for a call to discuss my experience and I received no response. Doubt I’ll be back. More
