When I showed up for my appointment I was informed that weren’t accepting appointments because their system was down. There was no apology given, instead I was told I could call later and maybe they would weren’t accepting appointments because their system was down. There was no apology given, instead I was told I could call later and maybe they would be able to get me in that day otherwise I would have to reschedule. Maybe if your system goes down, when it comes back up you call the people that were inconvenienced and let them know if they can come back that day if there is room. When I stopped by later that afternoon all the employees were standing around doing nothing, the system was back up, and they had no cars to work on. I guess calling to ask if I was available to come back was beyond the customer service they would want to offer. Responded to an email from Cindy the service manager and I asked for a call to discuss my experience and I received no response. Doubt I’ll be back. More

I brought my 2015 Buick Verano and 2. 4 L engine timing belt chain which I knew it needed an engine service department and diagnosed the vehicle without a battery in the vehicle. How they 4 L engine timing belt chain which I knew it needed an engine service department and diagnosed the vehicle without a battery in the vehicle. How they did that I do not know talking to the service manager and your general manager And they try to make me reason how they were successfully diagnosing an engine without a battery in the vehicle and also the service department never gave me any cost of what it would take to fix the car other than the fact that it needed an engine, which I knew that when I had the vehicle towed out I will never bring any of my Gentel motors vehicles back to this dealership for any type of work. Thank you. More

Keith great help & always looked out for my best interest. Sad to see him leave his desk. Marine from corporate very understanding & understood my needs every step of the way & helped on getting me interest. Sad to see him leave his desk. Amy in sales also very nice lady & went beyond helping every way she could. Asha kept the smiles coming & put her best foot forward to help & understand my needs. Thank you very much to the above ppl. Now for this Cindy person in service! Very disrespectful person & not getting all faxs before she TELLS (not explaining to a customer) what she's going to do with out understanding why my car was in the shape it was in & telling me "I'm going to pay $50per day for the rental or i go without." She needs to go back to a customer training school & pass the test 100% plus. More
