Purchased running boards to help my handicap daughter get in our new Pacifica. The dealership ordered the parts and had them painted. Appointment made for Monday to install. Left dealership in a thunder st in our new Pacifica. The dealership ordered the parts and had them painted. Appointment made for Monday to install. Left dealership in a thunder storm and when I arrived home in the garage discovered the paint does not come close to match the vehicle factory paint. I called and left a voice message for Mr. Carter with my concern but have not heard back. More
