Have had 2 issues with our vehicle and neither issue resolved.. 1st issue service could not find any problems after 3 hours, after being told exactly what the issue was. Problem was found in 10 min at resolved.. 1st issue service could not find any problems after 3 hours, after being told exactly what the issue was. Problem was found in 10 min at a small town mom and pop shop and fixed at no charge, due to being an easy fix. Called service manager to complain about experience, leaving several messages and being told he would call back.. never happened. 2nd issue, i have actual video of 3 issues with ABS. vehicle was looked at during oil change and was told they cant recreate the issue, which I showed them the video with sound you can clearly tell is not right. They spent 3 hrs the 1st time looking for an issue with a front wheel tire and never found... 2nd time they did and oid change, tire rotation and air filter and SUPPOSEDLY look at the ABS in less than 1hr. But regardless, still never found an issue (if they even looked) when I was showing them proof of the occurrence. By the way, there is a new service manager now and was told I would hear back immediately on my SAFETY issue (same day at 10am) more than 36 hrs later and no call back. Great cars, horrible service department/customer service!!!!! More

This dealership are liars and cheats. They failed to acknowledge their culpability in negligent service on my vehicle. Their shortcomings in this service could have caused a serious even deadly accident. We have purchased a new vehicle from them and have had both of our trucks serviced there for almost 20 years.
