My experience has been VERY BAD. Butch & Mario NEVER RETURN my calls! I would not recommend Longo Toyota to my worst enemy. Too many Toyota dealers to deal with these bad business men. Shame on you Lo RETURN my calls! I would not recommend Longo Toyota to my worst enemy. Too many Toyota dealers to deal with these bad business men. I've purchased 3 Tundras, a Tacoma, and a Highlander from Longo. They were able to give me the best deal possible on every vehicle with no hassles. Longo's excellent service department with highly trained staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Waiting for an express oil change at Longo is a comforting experience with their in house Starbucks coffee stand and their Subway sandwich shop. Thanks Longo! More
