Andre in Sales, made sure we were familiar with all aspects of the vehicle, its capabilities & addressed every question & concern with confidence & conviction. By far the #1 reason we returned for another Mercedes was Marty Gillons, Service Manager. Marty has a personal care for the customer & service that is unparalleled by other dealerships. He truly listens & understands what the customers needs & wants are. For my next vehicle we will be return to Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown More

The reason I have assessed the highest possible rating for Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown is quite simple -- their staff is highly professional, thorough, friendly and they make the customer feel at ease and for Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown is quite simple -- their staff is highly professional, thorough, friendly and they make the customer feel at ease and never pressured in any way. Also, the dealership itself is typically neat, clean and welcoming for a Mercedes operation. This is particularly noteworthy for this dealership because they are somewhat maintaining this high standard in spite of an ongoing facility renovation. (Says a lot about the sales rep / finance manager).I have purchased several vehicles in the past and this dealership by far was the best experience I have ever had. From the Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik to the Finance Manger Austin Shemon they made the whole experience extremely enjoyable and they really knew their stuff. Their professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and character were within the highest regards of any sales manager/sales representative I have dealt with and/or heard of others dealing with. Mercedes should really be proud that they have them two guys on their team! Job well done to Mercedes and especially to both Sales Rep Michael Lavrenchik and Finance Manger Austin Shemon. Wes and Austin were very friendly, courteous, and attentive to our (my wife and I) needs and wants. From greeting to test drive and all the way to the time that we left the dealership with our new SL attentive to our (my wife and I) needs and wants. I've owned a Mercedes for the past few years, and decided i wanted to upgrade to a newer model. I test drove the C300 4matic, AWD, and fell in love with it. Mike made the experience what i expect from Merce i wanted to upgrade to a newer model. I test drove the C300 4matic, AWD, and fell in love with it. Mike made the experience what i expect from Mercedes Benz, top notch and pleasurable. Austin got my financing approved in a matter of minutes, and the whole experience was awesome! Everybody that One does not have to be in MB of Hagerstown long before one realizes that it is not the typical automobile dealership---Far from it! Everybody that one chats with, discusses business or just mingles with during the course of the visit is professional. It shows in their sincerity---a sincerity which cannot be faked. They enjoy their work and are competent in what they do. They speak highly of management at MB of Hagerstown. Some would have one believe that Mr. Younger can "walk on water" even though we all know better. I always enjoy my visit. Even though during this visit I did not see Linda, Marty or Alex, I include them as professional persons with whom I have dealt in the past. During this visit, Robert and Austin were professionally competent in the commercial aspects of the purchase. Adam was the "same ole Adam"---As always; very conscience of the physical status of the vehicle as it left for home. Last but not least--Mr. Paden.---Over the tears Richard has tought me to expect perfection from him,. He never disappoints me and this visit was no different. However He did surprise me. Not in his professionalism---but in the fact that He knew as much about the Ford which He sold my wife as He knows about thte Mercedes that I drive! Like I said, "I enjoy the visits" More

The people I delat with were really great. I met with Barry and Austin. my only ocmplaint was that I had an appointment window of 2:30 - 3:00pm, got there at 2:35pm and was not served until 4:30pm. Timeliness is extremely important to me in all of my endeavors. The car is great. Overall, I am quite pleased and would recommend this dealer to my friends and assoicates. More

This is my first experience purchasing a new MB. Justin Harbert, Richard Paden, and Austin Shemon were extremely easy to deal with, very professional, and courteous. Richard took the time to go over the entire vehicle with me and even offered to come to my home and program my garage door opener, now that’s service after the sale! Financing was a breeze, 5 minutes to submit the application on line and 20 minutes to complete the paperwork when I picked up my new MB C300. This has been the easiest car purchase I have ever made.
