I like to deal with this associate in particular because he is very knowlegeable of all the products and services and genuinely offers to help everytime i am at the dealership. He had all my paperwork ready and answered all my questions efficiently. He even requested his boss to match the price i was comfortable with. The proposed price was within my budget and affordable for me to just quickly grab the offer. I am really glad that Elk Grove Toyota has such nice and friendly staff, who not only care for you but make calls to follow up and see if the customer is enjoying the car and if they are satisfied indeed.
