We have been driving Toyota for a long time now. The vehicles are very reliable and so is the service of Elk Grove Toyota. They provide an excellent customer service everytime we have visit them. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable of the products they offer. Many thanks to Baljinder and Jim for making this possible for us. Also, thanks to Alvin and John. This is our forth car that we purchased from Elk Grove Toyota. Great job Elk Grove Toyota!

the sales man is awesome, he will work out with you and satified what you need. the car that i got does not come with mats, so i ask if he can provide me that with no extra charge, he said i will work something out and he did. that's how you satified a customer with loyal sales man. baljinder deserve a high commission or a raise =)

Excellent customer service!!!
This is my second brand new car from Elk Grove Toyota, and from the same sales associate. I like to deal with this associate in particular because he is very knowlegeable of all the products and services and genuinely offers to help everytime i am at the dealership.
He had all my paperwork ready and answered all my questions efficiently. He even requested his boss to match the price i was comfortable with. The proposed price was within my budget and affordable for me to just quickly grab the offer.
I am really glad that Elk Grove Toyota has such nice and friendly staff, who not only care for you but make calls to follow up and see if the customer is enjoying the car and if they are satisfied indeed. I would like to thank Baljinder for all his help. Highly appreciate all his assistance.

My overall experience with Elk Grove Dealership was fantastic. And i would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and relatives looking for cars.
