I truly appreciate working in a low pressure sales environment and, in particular, working with Bayo Dina. Bayo is knowledgeable and considerate of his customers needs. He listens to what styles and features are desirable and takes the time to match you to your perfect vehicle. I will definitely buy from Bayo again. More

Bayo made a point of understanding exactly what I was looking for. Knowing that I was a 10 year Focus driver and an Escort before that, he made recommendations of two cars that I test drive. While I love looking for. Knowing that I was a 10 year Focus driver and an Escort before that, he made recommendations of two cars that I test drive. While I loved the hybrid, the Focus was a better fit for my budget. He negotiated a great deal, and took care of all of the details including insurance and plate transfer. It was a smooth and simple transaction. More

Eva and Bayo were a real pleasure to deal with. Both new their products and were very helpful. When I tell people where i bought my car I'm going to suggest that they also ask for these individuals. Went in with a true price from online. Salesman I was referred to was gone for the day so just decide to talk to whoever was around got Bayo. He was okay, but not super friendly. Gave me the feeling he d referred to was gone for the day so just decide to talk to whoever was around got Bayo. He was okay, but not super friendly. Gave me the feeling he didn’t think we where seriously looking for a car. Decided to go with the 2013 Fusion Titanium. Wanted in fwd in black or grey they didn’t have it. So they tried to work out a deal with the awd one they did have. Told Bayo from the beginning we were going to lease. Wasted about 2-3 hours just sitting there trying to work a price and trade in price. Got up to see what was taking so long and they where all in Tony office talking and laughing not professional at all. Finally came back with a amount just enough for my trade in when the car was worth more on KBB and Edmunds. Then tried a trick by putting the msrp price back on there at $38,645 with a payment of $581 a month. Bayo told us that they couldn’t work the price because it was a lease. At this point I was just so annoyed I said fine and left. Why was he talking prices with us the whole time knowing we where going to lease. If you supposedly cant change the price which I looked online for all this info before and found out you can negotiate the MSRP of the lease. Well all said and done just went to Honda and got an amazing not MSRP price on the lease. If your younger go somewhere else where they actually will respect your knowledge and all of the research you do. I did my homework and they pretty much laughed at me. More

I had been searching for a used vehicle at the usual local Used Dealerships. After weeks of test driving less than desireable vehicles and listening to phony sales pitches about how 'wonderful' the qua local Used Dealerships. After weeks of test driving less than desireable vehicles and listening to phony sales pitches about how 'wonderful' the quality and price was on each respective vehicle, I was ready to 'settle' for something I really didn't like or trust. After the last test drive vehicle with dog hair all over the seats, a bald front tire, large, deep scratches across the hood, hubcap damage from hitting curbs, and overpriced, I was frustrated, in tears and at the end of my rope. I happened to drive by Tasca in Cranston and remembered what a great experience I had when I leased a new car there a few years back. I stopped in not expecting much more than I had already experienced at other Dealers. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when after explaining my circumstances to my Salesman, Bayo, he brought up a list of vehicles he thought might be a good match for what I was looking for and at a price within my budget. The first car I test drove I absolutely feel in love with! The vehicle not only had all the features I wished for - and more - but also was was in perfect condition - not like the cars I was shown by Salesmen at the Used Dealers which they considered a 'perfect' match for me! After being presented with a truly fair price, it was time to negotiate financing. Thank goodness for Eva!!! - she not only worked tirelessly to make sure I got financing, but she also made sure it was the best possible terms and rate! I am truly thankful to Baya and Eva for making my purchase such a relaxed, pleasurable experience where I felt that their goal was to be fair, honest and in my best interest. I have told anyone I hear looking for a new or used vehicle to go to Tasca - they truly do abide by their motto ' you will be satisfied'! More
