Berna always goes out of her way to explain all the service options and keep the customer up on the status of maintenance and/or repairs. She always has smile and cheerful attitude. I was unaware that Southern Auto Group had bought Hall Acura Newport News so I had difficulty making appointments for my vehicles. The email address on file is wrong and I can't figure out how to get it changed. I am not familiar with Southern so for now I would recommend the service center based on the same team of people as was with Hall. More

I was able to schedule same day and everyone was nice and polite. They took care of my car and I was on my way. The link that was sent to for work required and provided a quote was phenomenal. Our Acura has a problem. Our brand new battery keeps draining. The shop first said Nov 3, 2023, it was probably a defective battery. Then they said they could not identify Our brand new battery keeps draining. The shop first said Nov 3, 2023, it was probably a defective battery. Then they said they could not identify any cause as the battery was fine. Then the invoice showed they found a problem with the battery, but they said that was incorrect & reprinted the invoice. They had no answer for their mistake. They also were supposed to replace the windshield wipers but they did not have a rear wiper in their stock so replaced only the front ones. We were there way too long & disappointed that they gave poor service. More
