I just brought a 2016 pilot,and the horn is defected and Waldorf Honda Sales Manager doesn't want to put a new horn on it !We talked about the horn during g the sell ,however just because it has a working d Waldorf Honda Sales Manager doesn't want to put a new horn on it !We talked about the horn during g the sell ,however just because it has a working defected horn that sounds like a Dodge pick up,means it is defected and Ki will not be going back to Waldorf Honda,I will miss Mr.Dixon ,who is a Awesome customer service representative, but Waldorf honda is not thinking about customer satisfaction, but money..Pohanka,Darcars,Alexander honda,but NO more Waldorf Honda,. We only had this truck for 30 days and had to bring it back to many times ! More

Bernard is the best. He truly is the benchmark that others should follow. He is thorough when discussing repairs.
