We really enjoyed our 1st visit to this dealership, so much that we purchased a brand new 2020 Honda Odyssey elite. Top Drawer treatment and service Angie and J.R. were very knowledgable and easy to work with during my service visit. We bought a 2007 Honda Accord "As Is" with 117,000 miles on Tuesday from a fine Salesman, Bob Corley. However, within less than a week we had Steering problems & Catalytic Converter go bad and thenleft ba on Tuesday from a fine Salesman, Bob Corley. However, within less than a week we had Steering problems & Catalytic Converter go bad and thenleft ball joint fell apart. While they had no responsibility to do anything! They fixed the ball joints and steering and only charged me for the Converter. Amazing a dealer than went above and beyond to do the "right thing"!!! Windshield replacement Purchased a new 2019 Honda Ridgeline. The windshield had a small pit in the middle across from the passenger seat. Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville r Purchased a new 2019 Honda Ridgeline. The windshield had a small pit in the middle across from the passenger seat. Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville replaced the windshield at no cost and provided excellent service. I'm both happy with the Ridgeline and Shottenkirk. More

When we arrived, it was obvious the salesman had used the Honda incentive to lower the price to meet our offer and therefore we could not get the agreed upon finance rate (which he knew before he asked us to come). Shottenkirk needs to require integrity from their salespeople. We were able to restructure the deal (with a different salesperson) and purchased the car - the price on the car was the best we found.
