Not a bad place to work with. I do feel there where a few things they said they would do but did’t. Through in new floor mats, did not get them. Bill, at Ed Morse Dodge Ram dealership in Muscatine, had been a the only salesman I have ever worked with that has been over the top awesome after purchasing my Challenger from this dealership. I have had a been a the only salesman I have ever worked with that has been over the top awesome after purchasing my Challenger from this dealership. I have had a few appointments for rustproofing, lock repairs, and next will be dent removal, and he had been there to assist in seeing up the with, providing a loaner while they have the car, and reminds me of my appointments every step of the way! This kind of 5-start treatment is exactly how all dealerships should be and everyone would be a satisfied/loyalcustomer for life! I know I am! Thank you Bill, for going above and beyond! Love this guy!!!! More
