I applied online and Chase was the one who contacted me. I was a hot mess with a terrible car to trade in. I really didn’t think it was possible for me to get a different car. I was embarrassed, scared, nervous, etc. Chase was so understanding and made me feel so comfortable. He made all my negative feelings go away. He showed me the Nissan Rogue. Had me test drive it and I loved it. I honestly didn’t think it was possible but he never gave up nor did a guy named “Jay” who I never got to thank personally. But I will forever highly recommend everyone out there especially Chase Kruse. I don’t know if he will see this but thank you and thank you to your team for being so nice to me.
