Bill was born in the West Palm Beach area of Florida and was raised in the Concord/Kannapolis area. He's lived in the area for 44 years and has been in the car business six years. Bill has been with Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge for five years. He began selling cars and was Master Elite Certified in new vehicle sales. He lead the sales teams for 1-1/2 years and has moved into management as the New Vehicle Sales Manager. Bill enjoys playing golf and riding his Harley-Davidson. He and his wife Ginger have been together for 24 years and have a 7-year-old daughter named Madalyn.

It had two aftermarket additions, a floor and a cargo partition. The floor was improperly cut and installed and when they did this they were careless and damaged the sheet metal.. This is where the body damage came from. The partition wasn't level and is also crooked. Also, the vehicle wasn't washed outside or cleaned inside before delivery. Sales manager assured me they would take care of getting everything fixed. Like an idiot I believed him. Now I am fighting with them to make things right. More
