I've only been here a few times since I purchased my Jetta and the service is amazing each time. Everyone I've been in contact with has been overally friendly and customer oriented. I didn't purchase Jetta and the service is amazing each time. Everyone I've been in contact with has been overally friendly and customer oriented. I didn't purchase my car at this dealership, but I feel like I am treated like I did-no hestitation by these service professionals. What really amazed me was how quickly my first first service was handled. I was in/out within no time. And, recently when I needed some body work as someone had already hit my bumper-Steve was so wonderful to work with. He truly took things under control and made it seamless for me. He said I would not even notice it had been hit when it was repaired and he was so right! I was really impressed how your dealership coordinated the body shop and rental car and it sounds like you don't really get any fees for this-wow-that was incredible-thank you so much! Thanks to everyone at the service desk, Steve, and Dick who drove me to my destinations. I facilitate customer service training at my company and you folks exhibit what it's all about-making this a wonderful "experience" for me. I will be back! More

Bill has been servicing my 2010 CC since I bought it at Colonial. I can depend on him to let me know when it's time for tires, brakes, etc. I can schedule a car spa easily, get recall work done, same day Colonial. Prompt, curious service, with alittle friendly banter....goes a long way! Always reasonably priced, and friendly staff, always very conscientious of my time. It’s always a pleasure to bring in my new VW Tiguan for the scheduled service appointments. The staff is not only providing great mechanical expertise but exceptional customer service. Once my car showed l the scheduled service appointments. The staff is not only providing great mechanical expertise but exceptional customer service. Once my car showed low tire pressure and I dropped into the service department without an appointment. They made time to look at it, despite their busy schedule, fixed the problem in an instant, and washed my car on top of it. I have never had such great customer service. My special “Thanks” go to ‘Bill McGrath’ for his ongoing great customer support. As a result of his efforts, positive demeanor and professionalism, I will continue do business with VW Colonial. More

I was introduced to Colonial VW's Service department when the window on my 2003 Jetta broke on a windy Saturday morning. In distress, I called Colonial, as they were the closes dealership to my house. Although they were closing shortly, they stayed open to help fix my window. That is when I was first introduced to Billy Mac. He stayed late to ensure the job was complete. He was very attentive. Over the years I have come to rely on Bill M., Bill F., and Colonial VW. In fact, I've purchased my last two VW's through Colonial and I won't trust any other service department to handle my VW's. Colonial VW ROCKS! More

I have been a loyal and satisfied customer of Colonial Volkswagen for over 12 years. I purchased a new Jetta in 2001 and the service consultants (Bill M., Bill F. and Adam P.) have been amazing over the y Volkswagen for over 12 years. I purchased a new Jetta in 2001 and the service consultants (Bill M., Bill F. and Adam P.) have been amazing over the years that I have owned this vehicle. Always cordial and take the time to explain exactly what the service techs will be doing. They have always done their best to get my car into the shop as soon as possible and I have never had an issue with the quality of the service tech's work. Many of the service dept.'s staff have been there for all of those years - a testimony to the dealership. I now was at the point of wanting to trade the Jetta for a new VW. From the moment that I was introduced to Mike Lodowsky, Sales Rep.,I knew that I was going to be well taken care of. After discussing with Mike what I was looking for; he did not waste any time in finding the perfect match for me. I was amazed at how efficiently the process moved along and I drove my new 2013 Passat home two days after initially talking with Mike. He is so friendly and put me at ease right away. So much has changed in the car industry in 12+ years that I appreciated his patience with answering my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. I was impressed by his knowledge of every facet of the Passat that I was leasing.I am certain that I am going to continue to be a part of the Colonial Volkswagen family for many years in the future. More

Colonial Volkswagon and Bill McGrath were amazing when I needed them. I had never had my car serviced there before but when I called as a new customer on a busy Saturday morning around 9 am about a new eng needed them. I had never had my car serviced there before but when I called as a new customer on a busy Saturday morning around 9 am about a new engine light coming on they fit me in within the hour, even though they had a full schedule and only a skeleton crew. They got the car in faster than they predicted and endud up fixing a glow plug that had failed, all at no cost to me. Everyone I interacted with was extrememly friendly and helpful. More importantly, everyone went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. I will definitely return to Colonial and would recommend it highly to anyone who needs a Volkswagon dealer and service center. More

Bill Mcgrath is the reason I continue to bring my VW to Colonial Westborough. Bill always goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful when you need it the most. This is the third car that I have leased from Colonial. Pierre Saliba was my sales representative and he did every thing possible to make sure that I had the car I wanted and also had it in a timely fashio Pierre Saliba was my sales representative and he did every thing possible to make sure that I had the car I wanted and also had it in a timely fashion.
