Bill Severance was promoted to Sales Manager from a Sales and Leasing Consultant in June 2016. Bill Severance joined White River Toyota in May of 2013. When he is not in the showroom, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ana Paula and three boys Dylan, Nathan and, Ethan. Bill spent seventeen years in the restaurant and hospitality industry before joining the team. He attributes his ability to go above and beyond the call of duty for each his clients to spending so much time in a business that is so heavily effected by the customer experience. I was in a pinch before traveling for a 2 week vacation. I came in 15 minutes before closing and looking for some help with a tonneau cover for the back of my truck and needed assistance immediately. We had a great experience working with David to get our Highlander Hybrid. We were on the waitlist for the ‘22 model, but David knew we were hoping to get a vehicle sooner, so when WRT came across a ‘21 mo Highlander Hybrid. We were on the waitlist for the ‘22 model, but David knew we were hoping to get a vehicle sooner, so when WRT came across a ‘21 model, he called us right away. We decided to go with the ‘21, and David made the whole process as easy and efficient as possible. We also really enjoyed working with the whole WRT team. Whenever we had questions and David was out or busy, another team member stepped in and helped us out right away. More

I had a great experience WRToyota! I went in to put a deposit down for a GR86 due to no markups and was promised MSRP. Upon visiting the dealership it’s seen that they work with transparency, customers work with the staff in the open on the floor from start to finish. More dealerships should do this! The staff was friendly and honest, didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need, and valued my time there. Making the entire experience upon picking up my new car painless and as quick as possible!
