As we were w On Friday, June 10, 2016, my husband and I went to Suburban Ford of Waterford, to look for a new car to replace our 2003 Crown Victoria. As we were walking around the car lot, Bill Sommer approached us and asked if he could help us.....and he certainly did! He was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He gave us information and answered our questions. We bought a 2016 Fusion and were able to pick it up the next day. If I ever hear of anyone wanting to buy a Ford product, I will definitely recommend Bill Sommer. More
