This dealership has very poor customer, I was supposed to purchase an vehicle from them, I let them know I was going through my bank and I was only approved 25,000 also I could only put down $2,000 of my own purchase an vehicle from them, I let them know I was going through my bank and I was only approved 25,000 also I could only put down $2,000 of my own money, totally the amount as $27, 000. Why I get there today to purchase the vehicle, they were expecting me to pay down $2,000 more than what I had said I could do. So I got the check that was from the bank and left. They going to say it was miss communication. Do please don’t go here to purchase anything from this dealership. More

All the positive hype about this dealership is absolutely false. They care about the bottom line and not the consumer. I bought a Pre-Certified 2019 Honda CRV with 65,000 miles. I have had it for less then 3 false. They care about the bottom line and not the consumer. I bought a Pre-Certified 2019 Honda CRV with 65,000 miles. I have had it for less then 3 mos., and already it's been in their shop more than 4 times. The last time was to repair a rattle under the carriage. When I drove the car home after the repair, the rattle was still there. This was a Pre-Certified car! They sold me a warn out car for which I paid way too much. After repeatedly asking for their help in rectifying this situation, they would not help me. I am a 76 year old single woman on a fixed income, and I need an auto that is going to be reliable. That's not what I got. They don't care. They got my money. I caution you to not assume that a Pre-Ceftified car from this dealership is that as it is indeed not that at all. They must have the worst auto mechanics in Memphis. I caution you do not give these people your business when buying a used car. They are deceptive. More
