Tod Colbeth was WONDERFUL . He and the Volvo staff paid special attention to specific concerns and requests...he coordinated my Lyft to and from (car was there within 2 minutes! I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2021 Volvo. What an excellent experience. I actually took my old car in for service and while I was waiting and walking around Neil Amaral approached me and aske What an excellent experience. I explained my driving situation and he was so very pleasant and accommodating. Not pushy or smothering. He showed me a few cars and I told him to get back to me on Monday the following week ..which he did. I sent my husband there to meet Neil and low and behold...I am driving my "new ride". I love my Volvo and really appreciate those men who helped me. Neil was the best.! Professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed every step of the way. 10 stars for Neil in my book.!!! I came back with my husband and we had to sign all of the paperwork prepared by Henry Zhu. While this man was inundated with numerous purchases, he still had time to meticulously explain the financial aspect as he prodded along to meet all of his deadlines for the day, Again, an exceptional finance manager who was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable in this field. 10 Stars for Henry Zhu. I had to go back to the dealership to get a tutorial for all of the features in the car and that's where Alex Piriv came in. We had to re-install my Volvo remote auto start which he did. He had the patience of a saint dealing with me...but it goes without saying that he was knowledgeable about it all. And when we were done he gave me his card and advised if I needed anything else...I should reach out to him for assistance. 10 Stars for Alex. For the record, any time I need service Billy always helps me without a question. Smythe Volvo should recognize these dedicated employees which, I feel , exemplify the ultimate customer service experience. I refer my family and friends to Smythe specifically for the reason above. My wife and I have had six Volvo cars from Smythe Volvo over the last 40 years rather than other more conventiant delers, my experiences with both service and sales over the last 4 months have reminded me over the last 40 years rather than other more conventiant delers, my experiences with both service and sales over the last 4 months have reminded me why. Billy Shannon in service provided way more than I could have expected in response to a service issue. That assured my commitment to replace a XC-60 with Smythe a few monthe later. Due to a strange situation the new XC-60 was determined to be unsuitable after two weeks. Working with Kyle Jackson it was replaced with out any argument or stress. The cooperaton of Kyle and the staff was just amazingly responsive. I would never consider another dealer for future business. I cant thank you enough for a totally pleasurable experience. More
