First time purchasing a new vehicle and the team at Elk Grove Mazda was amazing. Anxious about a new purchase Jarell explained the process and walked me around the dealership to show me everything in advance. They offered refreshments and snacks as I waited for the car to be fueled and detailed. The process was fast and everyone truly cared about my experience there. Grant the sales manager was very welcoming offered to answer any lingering questions I may have and introduced me to the service department manager as well Billy Shields whom was also very informative and made me feel at ease if anything should arise with my vehicle. I could go on and on about this dealership and will 100% refer anyone to Elk Grove Mazda. New and returning customers alike I truly feel this place set the bar in all categories.
