The worst service after sale. The service is not operated by Kia. They don’t give a crap. I will never Purchase another vehicle there. And advise you to do the same. Takes 2 month The service is not operated by Kia. They don’t give a crap. I will never Purchase another vehicle there. And advise you to do the same. Takes 2 months to get an appointment and 4 hours to change the oil. Disgusting customer service. Ultimately, the service mgr. is responsible. They hide the dealership ownership. More

If I could leave negative stars, I would. There aren't enough bad things to say about this KIA dealership, the quality of the car or the service provided. I took my car into to be serviced fo There aren't enough bad things to say about this KIA dealership, the quality of the car or the service provided. I took my car into to be serviced for a trip on 9/21 @ 8ish in the morning. My car was returned at closing. The service tech lied to my face that it was being serviced and it was taking longer because of recalls. Recalls...don't get me started about the number of recalls on the KIA. Anyway, I continued to see my vehicle sit in the lot while my service tech told me it was "being looked at", I finally pointed to my vehicle in the lot and said, "that one is being serviced" he said, "Oh, we have a few black Tellurides", I said, "I know my car". It promptly disappeared, hmmm. Anyway, after them having my car for 10 hours, all that was completed was an oil change, which it didn't need. It needed tire rotation, more recall maintenance and overall trip maintenance. These characters are all liars. From start to finish. NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership. You will regret it! More

Excellent customer relations and support! !! Kerri was attentive to our needs and very professional in her manner. She quickly attended to the recall issue we had and scheduled the vehicle i !! Kerri was attentive to our needs and very professional in her manner. She quickly attended to the recall issue we had and scheduled the vehicle immediately for service. Kerrie promptly called us when the work was complete and said we could pick up our KIA. WOW, she called us within about three hours. Not only was the work done, and done correctly, our KIA was washed and cleaned to a showroom shine! Our thanks to Kerrie and a great service department. More

I am. sitting in the service center furious at how I was treated today. When I bought my bread new Kia Niro, I was told rhat if I had all my oil changes an sitting in the service center furious at how I was treated today. When I bought my bread new Kia Niro, I was told rhat if I had all my oil changes and tire rotations at Kia I would get new tires when these wore out. I did this religiously every 5K miles. Now that they need replacing I am being told rhat I had to do aligents and a lot of other things that they never told me about nor mentioned every time I came in to have service done. Do not trust or believe anything this dealer says. I had a gut feeling gnthat they wouldn't hold their end of the deal, and I was right. More

This dealership service department is terrible. I have been trying to get them to fix my tire since I purchased my car and they keep saying there is nothing wrong even though it lose air.
