We purchased a new Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Hamed Abusabiha. This was our 2nd car purchased at this dealership and we had a great experience. Hamed is a wonderful and pleasant salesman. He was easy to work with and helpful as we narrowed down our decision between the Rav4 and Highlander. He was able to answer all our questions or find out and get back to us. He took us out on a test drive and showed us the different features. Sales manager Bob Keough also came out and showed us a few features and options of the Rav4 Hybrid. The purchase and financing process was smooth and we picked up our shiny new car 2 days later with all the paperwork and registration completed. We also met sales manager Carlos Ortega who sold us our first Toyota (Sienna ) 18 years ago and he was very appreciative of our repeat business as well as that of our extended family who have all purchased their Toyota vehicles at Toyota of Braintree. Overall a great experience and a great team of sales people. More

They walked us through the financing process and found us the perfect car for our budget. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. He was attentive to all my questions and made sure to double check any information with others if he wasn't absolutely sure. Bob Keough, Sales Manager, was present to answer any further questions I had. Joey Foy represented the finance area. He was thorough in his explanations of different options for car care yet I did not feel pressured to purchase a package I did not want. I would highly recommend this dealership.
