We visited the Ford of Londonderry dealership to view new trucks, see what was selection was in inventory and compare pricing. We had been to 4 other dealerships in the last month (Nissan, GMC, Dodge and Che trucks, see what was selection was in inventory and compare pricing. We had been to 4 other dealerships in the last month (Nissan, GMC, Dodge and Chevy). We were quite impressed with the everything in the dealership - the appearance of the showroom, the staff, the waiting area, the selection of the vehicles. We were particularly impressed with the salesman who helped us, Bob Morrissette. He was not pushy, answered all of our questions and was just a genuinely nice guy. We ended up buying a new Ford F150 - and have been very happy with it! I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family! More

I was searching for a hard to find vehicle and my company was doing the final purchase. There were obstacles that needed to be addressed and both Bob and Roger went out of their way to overcome them. This was not an easy sale but with the profesionalism of the people involved they made it happen for me. I take my hat off to Bob and Roger for their professionalism and hard work to get this done. Bob also took the time to make sure that when I left the dealership with my new vehicle, I understood every option and how it worked. GREAT JOB GUYS! This is a class act dealership. More

I went to Ford of Londonderry and dealth with Bob Morissette. He was very friendly and helped with all aspects of the cars I was looking at. He came into work on his day off so we could finalize my Morissette. He was very friendly and helped with all aspects of the cars I was looking at. He came into work on his day off so we could finalize my sale. He has told me that I can come in anytime I need anything or don't understand something about the car. I am getting a new phone and when I do, he is going to help me set up the system. I would work with him again. More

I called Bob and asked about inventory, he verified all the info immediately what vehicles he had and took the extra step to GO OUT TO THE LOT AND PHYSICALLY SEE that vehicle was indeed in stock and available. We set a time, Bob had vehicle ready for test drive when we arrived and took the time to show us the features on the Transit which was very important to us. After test drive we were able to work together cleanly and quickly on a fair price, and they gave me the financing options I asked for and provided an excellent rate. Vehicle, Paperwork and delivery was painless, smooth and most important quick, No hard sell of Insurance, Warranty, etc. Plain and simple.....NO BS Bob Morrisette and the Sales manager, Chuck in business ofice were also professional and we are pleased. thank you to Londonderry Ford for a great experience. More

I had a great buying experience at Ford of Londonderry. I reach out to this dealership through Edmunds.com for a quote on a 2011 Ford Escape for my wife. They were more than happy to work with via email; I reach out to this dealership through Edmunds.com for a quote on a 2011 Ford Escape for my wife. They were more than happy to work with via email; I will not buy a vehicle unless a dealer is willing to do it via email as it removes the entire sales floor game. I was looking for a specific vehicle and Bob Morrisette was able to find one very close to what I wanted within a few hours. They were also quick to mention that they would be more than happy to order exactly what I wanted, I felt no pressure what so ever from Bob just great service. After a very brief negotiation, the deal was done and I was very happy with the final price of the Escape. I was also very pleased when the time came to trade in my wife’s car; the dealership offered a very completive price for the vehicle and played no games whatsoever. I knew what the car was worth as I had run it through Kelly Blue Book and Ford of Londonderry was right were Kelly said they should be. I had such a good experience that two weeks later I went back and bought a Ford Edge Sport for myself using the same process as above.
