I recently dropped off my 2020 F-150 a couple of months after I bought it, it started to have some noises and things that were not normal, they fixed it but a week later it started to have some more proble after I bought it, it started to have some noises and things that were not normal, they fixed it but a week later it started to have some more problems, vibration on the gas pedal, steering wheel and shifter, I took it back to them and they said they fixed it, but the truck s still doing the same, when I called Bob Pace, he said that everything is normal, which is not, and then he started to give me some excuses that have no sense because I told him that I will take the truck back, he started taking about the schedule, that they do not have a rental or a loaner, that the problem has to be bigger in order to check it again, and things like that, do I have to wait for the problem to become a bigger one, like a brake down or an accident?, he also told to compare aple with aple ( drive a similar truck) which I did, I went to another dealer and I ask for a truck like mine, same year, same model, same package, and I tested it and it don't feel the same so I guess they did not do anything the second time, this is not the first time I got this kind of problem in Palmetto Service and with Bob Pace. Sale departent are the best but service is not. More

Complimentary Palmetto Ford helped me with getting a recall job done at a lower rate than quoted. The experience was stressful at times, but they worked with me. In just a few days, I will be able to drive my Fusion without worrying about losing power steering. More

Bob Pace Service Advisor & Dept. Are Awesome I have been going to Palmetto Ford for my 2016 Mustang service needs for 2 years now. This review is way overdue. I've had nothing but top notch servi I have been going to Palmetto Ford for my 2016 Mustang service needs for 2 years now. This review is way overdue. I've had nothing but top notch service. Bob is my go-to advisor. He is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As well is the rest of the team. I love the personalized service and attention I receive whenever I need to go there. Having the same advisor is something that I appreciate. It offers a higher level of piece of mind that you and your car are in good hands. White glove service all the way. I can't say enough positive things about them. Definitely go to Palmetto Fords Service Dept for all your car needs. Go see Bob. He'll take great care of you. More

Above & Beyond I inadvertently took my Charleston County issued Ford Fusion in for a recall to Palmetto Ford (I had an appointment with another Ford dealer). Even th I inadvertently took my Charleston County issued Ford Fusion in for a recall to Palmetto Ford (I had an appointment with another Ford dealer). Even though I did not have a scheduled appointment Bob Pace accommodated me and completed the necessary repair while I waited. Thank you Bob, the service tech #127 who completed the repair and the person who gave me a courtesy car wash. More

Service for recall I was told to bring my Ford Escape here to be serviced due to two recalls my car had. This was my first experience with the process so I was a little I was told to bring my Ford Escape here to be serviced due to two recalls my car had. This was my first experience with the process so I was a little nervous. I called and spoke to someone that connected me to the service dept. where I spoke to Bob Pace who eased my nervousness and set up my appointment. I set up a rental car (not realizing that they offer a program for some recalls that allow you a rental for free or discounted). I came in and was surprised at how friendly everyone was even down to the shuttle driver who dropped me off for FREE to pick up my rental. I later discovered from a friend about the recall rental program and asked Mr. Pace about it. He explained to me that it is usually set up at the beginning of the service by them and not at the end but he would see if I could get any refund on my rental...Well to my surprise I get a phone call from him a couple of days later telling me that he was able to get me the refund! I even received a call from someone after my car was finished that asked me how the car was doing and if I had any concerns. This was the best customer service I've gotten in a long time! I am so happy I bought my car here and I recommend this dealer to anyone out there that wants 5* service! More
