Great, timely service Bob and Greg were awesome. Greg set up my appointment but Bob took over once I arrived. Bob listened to me carefully as I told him the minor issue I h Bob and Greg were awesome. Greg set up my appointment but Bob took over once I arrived. Bob listened to me carefully as I told him the minor issue I had with my car. He also listened when I asked him NOT to wash my car as I prefer to handwash it. The minor issue with my car was fixed the first time and my service was completed successfully in a timely manor. He also guided me to the checkout desk to complete the deal. More

Key fob not working Had an issue that morning, car would not recognize either of my key fobs. Called and dropped care off. Better than last time Service staff was great. However I shouldn’t not have had to pay for a car rental on a ford recall. It was a ford issue not a customer issue. Service staff was great. Bob is AWESOME! Brought my car in for 60k checkup and brakes. Originally bob said my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. After I told him that I desperately nee Brought my car in for 60k checkup and brakes. Originally bob said my car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. After I told him that I desperately needed my car that same day he ended up having one of the mechanics stay late with him so that I would be able to get my car back the same day. He went above and beyond to help me and because of that I will always be bringing my ford in for service going forward. More
