Service The appointment was made by the dealers for 700 am when the services department didn't open until 8, which I didn't know before. I stood outside for about 15 minutes before someone came and let me in. Other than waiting outside for them to open and explaining that I did not make the appointment it was made during the last visit I had, the service was quick and everyone was nice. More

Very Good Bob called and said I had a recall on my Kia, made the appt. took in talked with Bob and he took care of the problem. Was finished in about 1 1/2 hr.
