My Review of Metro Toyota:
Once again, Metro Toyota proves itself to be the finest place in Kalamazoo to purchase a car and have it serviced, starting with Mary Peterson who steered us in the right direction to start the process and Dan Taylor who found us the perfect vehicle very quickly in a calm and efficient manor with lots of good advice and a friendly demeanor. Jon Griffith was very accomodating in processing the sale in a pleasant and timely way and Brad Cole also went out of his way to make sure we will always be repeat customers based on excellent customer relations.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
Mark Zantjer was great. He was very helpful as I originally all over the place as far as what type of vehicle I was looking at comapring Siena's, Highlander's and Honda's from a competitor. The experience was low pressure but certainly pointed out all of the features and benefits. Brad Cole was instumental in getting the right fianace options between lease or purchase and that experience was great as well. It was a fairly busy time at the dealership and both guys balanced my many visits with other customers amazingly.

The the overall experience from shopping, purchase and orientation of the faciality was tremendous- will highly recommend with friends.

My Review of Metro Toyota:
My husband took me to Metro Toyota to replace my 14 year old Dodge Caravan. We had bought a 2008 Toyota Avalon and were impressed with the design and performance, the sales staff and service department. Scott Zantjer was very personable and well versed on his products. He asked what I needed besides basic transportation. I am short and truly loved the van because it gave me a different view of traffic while driving. I told him that he needed to convince me that I could feel safe and have good visibility in "just a car". After listening to me he had me test drive a 2012 Camry--at night, in rain/sleet, and on both highway and local streets. I was convinced that the Camry could be my new vehicle, but Scott made an observation and asked me to drive a Camry SE for comparison. He had noticed how I positioned myself too close to the steering wheel and could be at risk of serious injury if the airbag had deployed. The Camry SE had seat height adjustments, a lumbar support, and a tilting/telescoping steering wheel that allowed me to be positioned at a better distance while still supporting my needs. Scott's observation and concern for my safety and comfort made the decision simple! Brendon Zabavski and Brad Cole made the purchase process easy. I'll gladly recommend Metro Toyota and Scott Zantjer to anyone who wants to look for a vehicle to drive with confidence. Thank you for your help, Scott--I'm convinced that I'm in the right car for me!

The entire experience was great. Kenand Brad were very helpful, but not pushy. Informative but not to the point of bombarding me with boring, useless information. I feel I got a great car at a great price. It's my 4th car from this dealership and I'm sure I will be back for a 5th!

Never had such excellent people to work with and so friendly and honest. I would recommend this company and staff to anyone. Thanks again for such a great welcome. My Review of Metro Toyota:
We have purchased 5 Camry's from Metro Toyota. Some new, some used, but all have served us well. The staff there is very helpful. Many times while I am leaving a message, they are returning my call. When I get my oil changed, they do a thorough inspection of my car and let me know of other things that need to be done and how urgent they need to be done, or if they can wait. This would be helpful for someone on a limited budget. I wish I had done business with them in college!
