This was the beginning of one of the most pleasant car buying experiences in our lifetime. The salesmen made us feel like family from the onstart of the vehicle shopping. We have never, ever purchased a foreign built vehicle before, and rarely have we purchased a used vehicle. This time we broke the mold and purchased a 2014 S60, with only 27000 miles on it. The vehicle was completely gone over by the Excellent Service Department, and to date, they have addressed any questions I have had in regards to the vehicle's operations. Each time I brought the vehicle in for service, they have a loaner car ready and waiting for me. It is like being at a spa resort for vehicles. There are absolutely no negatives I could mention with regards to purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I didn't know anyone who worked here prior to our first visit, we came in cold off the street, they treated us with respect and dignity, and this is a review in my own words, I am receiving nothing in return for this posting. All I can say, to sum it up, is from someone who has been driving for over 45 years, I was totally blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, and dedication of the sales and service staff. Mo Hindash handled the finance and paper work which he made simple and easy, no pressure. Out the door in less then an hour. Recently, we both need newer vehicles and went back to Volvo of Tucson. The sales people we worked were great no pressure and no games. Mike Habib had let me know about the used vehicles that were coming and let me test drive 2 so I could get feel of them. There was no pressure to buy. Later, when I went back to see another vehicle that I thought "was the one", Branden worked very hard to make it affordable for me. Branden and Mike was great to work with both online, on the phone and in person. All the staff there, from the front desk to finance to the manager were very easy to talk to, helpful and honest/ . I recommend Volvo of Tucson to everyone, even if you are not sure what you want to drive they are a great place to start. More

Amazing Experience! I was a first time buyer at Volvo; also a first time car buyer! I had no clue how to do this but my dealer, Brendan, was outstanding. He originally got a hold of me for a car I found interest in on cars.com and reached out to me within 1 day! He asked exactly what I was looking for in a car and was very thorough about the car that had my interest. Which I bought! Now since I was a first time buyer he helped me understand and made sure I comprehended the policies and how car insurance and car payments worked. He was extremely helpful! And now Mo, he helped me with the paper works and the options for car payments and security. He even let me return the next day to pay my down payment and still leave with the car! Great people, great service. I enjoyed my experience and highly recommend Volvo for any car buyer out there. I will return as well :) Thank you! More

Stopped by Volvo of Tucson and found that they had a very nice 2017 XC90 with about 5k miles on it fr Liked my XC60, but wanted to go a little bigger. Stopped by Volvo of Tucson and found that they had a very nice 2017 XC90 with about 5k miles on it from the owner driving it as demo. We were able to work out very good deal with Branden and the Sales Manager, so my XC60 turned into a XC90. Nice experience, and very nice delivery topped with a dozen yellow roses! More

Great staff, very helpful and friendly I originally called and spoke with Rob Waterman with questions about one of their used vehicles. He called me back moments later standing next to the vehicle answering all questions I had and even did my credit application over the phone with me because I wasn't able to access a computer at the time. We were trying to work around both of our schedules to make a time to come in for a test drive and he ended up transferring us to Branden Hansen because he was working when we were able to come in. Branden was just as helpful and allowed us to take the car out for a spin while he gathered all the necessary paperwork. Him and Mo Hindash stayed late to get us taken care of and on the road in our new car. No one pressured us or persuaded us towards a different vehicle and they both worked with us to get the payments and features we wanted. Everybody we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. After purchasing the vehicle we did have some small issues that I brought up to Branden and Rob who then scheduled a service date and loaner vehicle for us so that it could be fixed right away. I highly recommend this dealer and these individuals because they made this experience as easy and simple as it could possibly be. I will be back when it's time to get another vehicle for my family. More
