Recently I purchased a new Lexus thru Mungenast of St Louis with Nate Hopson as the sales person. First because of COVID the car I wanted was particularly hard to find and ordering was not an option. I was told by other dealers that the car I wanted was just not available. However within one day Nate had found the car I desired and it was on the way. Purchase day went very smoothly Nate and all support staff were professional courteous and friendly and the paper work went smoothly. The car ws in perfect condition. I have purchased several cars at Lexus of Saint Louis and have always been very pleased with the experience. I also had another car serviced that day and that rating is 5/5 . I have purchased many cars thru the years and can say with out reservation that Mungenast is by far the very best. More

We followed his advice and found that the Lexus handled well, was quiet, had super safety features, and had a classy body line. On top of that, the salesman was well informed about the features of the car, was very professional in working with us and applied no undo pressure to purchase the car. More

Everyone at the dealership provided outstanding customer service and went out of their way to take care of me. The customer waiting area was great to wait in while they serviced my car and I was impressed by the Bistro area with all of the coffee selections, including the fresh baked cookies! My Service Advisor, Brandon Huber was kind enough to keep me updated on the status of my RX while it was being worked on, which was very much appreciated. When I left, my RX was washed and vacuumed which was a nice added touch. Overall I had a great expereince and have found my new Lexus dealer. More
