Please don’t accuse your customers of installing parts without looking at it. Floor service manager never look into the issue, but keep questioning me how I know it’s not the issue, if I didn’t install it without looking at it. He told me the details of the ABS part being damage because it’s installed onto a vehicle. I asked him, so you seen it with your own eyes? He reply no. Exactly! I would gladly paid for the parts if I did use it, but please don’t make-up a new return policy. Please retrained your staff to never take our items into the back room, I’m assuming your staff did something to it. NO customer services!!! I do wish the store owner understands the frustration I had to deal with and it could of been handle differently. More

The folks at Rudy Luther Toyota know how to treat people In my 40 + years of buying cars I have had only negative experiences until I met Billy DeVries! He is personable and knowledgeable and he doesn't rush you at all! He sold me an FJ back in 13' and when I was in the market to buy again he immediately came to mind. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out he was still at RLT. Called him late in the day on a Saturday to look at a 17' Camry and he along with Katie Burgess and Amanda Cline stayed late to get our deal done. Wonderful people!! HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!! Also, I ordered a remote start at time of purchase and Brandon and John were awesome in taking care of the details and getting it done! More
