Audi Coral Springs is a dealership that surpasses all other dealerships in south florida in its rank in all areas..My recent new car buying experience was really something that i had not expected.As a cu other dealerships in south florida in its rank in all areas..My recent new car buying experience was really something that i had not expected.As a current Mercedes owner and BMW owner in the past , I had not seen such a friendly (honest with no dealer gimmicks ) personal attention in any other dealerships.I was also very suprised with the speed and accuracy , they handled the financing and the documentation.All the individuals , in the sales team and the management team are individuals beyond your expectations in every aspect that you are not used to seeing in south florida dealerships.If you are considering a car in such a brand level , believe me if you visit them you will walk out with an Audi . Franklin Blenner - While he may be new to this Audi dealership, Franklin took the time to understand my needs and match me to the right vehicle choices. Everything went smooth from the test drive through to the final sale Brendan Smith - He exemplifies what I feel is needed to support any sales team by providing clear, concise information about the purchase and navigating through the negotiating process, without being too pushy or abrasive. This is now my second purchase from Mike at Audi Coral springs. I am already planning my third purchase of an A7 (down the road a bit). Steve and Tony were Exceptionally helpful assisting me with the purchase of my Q5! My husband is overseas and started the process by contacting Audi by internet. It was my first time purchasing a car with with the purchase of my Q5! My husband is overseas and started the process by contacting Audi by internet. It was my first time purchasing a car without my husband being physically present. However Steve and Tony made sure that all his questions were answered (we were texting throughout the process!) and made me feel that they had our best interests at heart. The process was seamless, and Tony was extremely helpful with advising on which packages were best to purchase. I went back to purchase weather proof liners and Tony personally walked me over to the boutique introduced me to the staff. My husband and I have VERY high expectations when it comes to customer service....and I must say all our expectations were met! Thanks guys! More
