I wanted an SUV. He said I would be in great hands with Larry Stein & Anthony Segreto. He was right! These two guys made everything easy and fast. Larry did all the running back and forth as I took 3 test drives with 2 different vehicles. Anthony did his homework on how to get me the best financial deal possible. A little while later, along with a quick talk with Geno Walsh - mission accomplished!! I now lease a 2013 Q5 S-line for a very happy price. These guys are great. Our first impression of Coral Springs Audi was outstanding. We first met with sales representative Neil Ambrosio. Having bought many new cars from a multitude of different dealers. I've never met a sales rep. with such extreme knowledge of the products he is representing. From the history of the company to the nuts, bolts and programing of the vehicle we chose. Neil had the patients of a Saint as he broke down the technology of the car making it completely understandable. Neil is a no pressure easy to talk to guy. With that said we also had the opportunity to meet with Jim Phillips, finance and Brendan Smith manager. Also knowledgeable no pressure professionals you can trust. Our overall experience was was made truly pleasurable by a well trained professional staff. My wife and I both agree we will be customers at Coral Springs Audi for a long time to come. More
